Ryan has been doing a lot of running lately as our gorgeous fall continued well into November. Lola likes to head out on the deck and help him stretch from time to time. Usually she just watches, but I caught this moment when she was literally right underneath him, looking like she was coaching him along in his pre-running stretches. That silly Lola.
